Teegan-Marie Smith - Physiotherapist in Piara Waters

Teegan-Marie Smith

With over 15 years of experience as a Remedial Massage Therapist, I am passionate about helping people find balance in their bodies and their lives. For me, massage is more than just providing relief from aches and pains—it’s about creating space for self-care, restoring connection to the body, and supporting wellbeing in a world that often moves too fast.

Throughout my career, I’ve witnessed how powerful massage therapy can be in addressing not only physical tension but also the chronic stress that weighs on the mind-body connection. I’ve worked with clients from all walks of life, helping them manage musculoskeletal pain, recover from injuries, and rediscover the importance of slowing down and tuning in.

I work closely within a multi-disciplinary team alongside physiotherapists, exercise physiologists, and podiatrists to ensure every treatment plan is personalised and effective. My specialties include Trigger Point Therapy, Dry needle therapy, Pregnancy Massage, Deep Tissue/Sports Massage, Lymphatic Massage, and Soft Tissue Therapy, functional cupping and more—each tailored to promote recovery, mobility, and lasting results.

Outside the clinic, I’m a proud mum, wife, and fitness lover. I value an active lifestyle, family time, and continually advancing my skills to bring the best care to my clients. Whether you’re seeking targeted pain relief or simply need to hit pause and reconnect with yourself, I’m here to support you on your journey to moving better, feeling better, and living a more balanced life.

Callum - Physiotherapist in Piara Waters

Callum

Hi, I’m Callum. I’ve been a practising Remedial Massage Therapist since early 2020, working with a wide range of clients at Piara Waters Physio & Massage. I have a strong interest in athletic performance and recovery, particularly within the CrossFit and functional fitness space.

I enjoy the challenge of finding effective, evidence‑informed ways to deliver the best possible care, whether I’m helping someone manage everyday wear and tear or supporting an athlete preparing for competition. Making a positive and meaningful difference to my clients’ day‑to‑day movement, comfort, and quality of life is what I find most rewarding about my work.

Over the years, I’ve continued to build my skill set to enhance treatment outcomes. I hold additional qualifications in taping, kinetic cupping, hot stone therapy, and sports therapy, and I’m committed to ongoing professional development. My aim is to keep growing in areas that allow me to maximise the benefits I can provide to every client I treat.
